1. Program Description

Tama Laundry LLC ("Tama Laundry") operates an SMS messaging program to support our laundry pickup and delivery service. When you sign up for Tama Laundry or use our mobile app, you may receive text messages related to our service.

2. Message Types

By opting in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages from Tama Laundry:

For Customers:

• Account verification: One-time passcodes to verify your phone number during signup or login
• Order confirmations: Confirmation when you place a laundry order
• Pickup notifications: When your driver is en route for pickup, has arrived, and picks up your laundry
• Processing updates: When your laundry is being washed, dried, and folded
• Delivery notifications: When your clean laundry is out for delivery, driver is approaching, and delivery is complete
• Service alerts: Schedule changes, weather delays, or service disruptions

For Drivers:

• Shift assignments: New shift availability and assignment notifications
• Dispatch messages: Route updates, stop additions, and schedule changes
• Customer contact: Masked phone numbers for customer communication during deliveries
• Safety alerts: Emergency notifications and important service updates

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage of our Services:

• Customers: Approximately 3-8 messages per order (from placement through delivery)
• Drivers: Approximately 5-15 messages per active shift
• Account verification: 1 message per login attempt

You will not receive marketing or promotional SMS messages. All messages are transactional and directly related to your use of our service.

4. Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages when you:

• Create a Tama Laundry customer account and provide your phone number
• Sign up as a Tama Laundry driver and provide your phone number
• Place an order through our app or website

By providing your phone number and using our Services, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded SMS/text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. However, opting out of SMS may prevent you from receiving time-sensitive order and delivery updates.

5. Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any Tama Laundry text message
• Contacting us at support@tamalaundry.com
• Calling (808) 694-9065

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from Tama Laundry messages. Reply START to re-subscribe." No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

7. Costs

Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS data are governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
• Your phone number is used solely for Tama Laundry service communications
• SMS message content is not shared or sold
• Driver phone numbers are masked through our proxy system when communicating with customers
