What is included in a Tama Go plan?
Tama Pass includes unlimited free pickups and deliveries and no more service fees— that means no Pickup & Delivery Fee charges! Both Monthly ($14.99), and Annual ($149) plans are available.
Do I need a Tama Pass if I already have a Tama Pro monthly laundry subscription?
No, you do not need both. Our Tama Pro Plans include free pick up and delivery and also waive service fees.
Can I cancel my Rinse Go Monthly plan?
Yes, you can cancel your plan simply by clicking here. Your subscription will end at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for past or current month’s subscriptions.
